KS1 CELEBRATE DIWALI

In KS1 we celebrated Diwali, the Hindu festival of light. Our Diwali party included drawing rangoli patterns, learning Diwali dances and Mehndi. We even taught the teachers new facts about Diwali! We would like to say a huge thank you to all the parents who supported our celebration.  Special thanks go to Ansh and his mum for showing us their special Diwali clothes.

SCHOLASTIC BOOKS

Please return all book orders to school by

Friday 2nd December

Make sure that all orders include your child's name, class, book number and title. Please put them in an envelope with full payment and your child’s name, class and “Book Order” written on it.  Every order that you place will earn points that we can spend on books for the school.

100% Attendance

Well done to the children in classes 4, 5 and 7 who all achieved 100% attendance this week!

Year 2 Literacy and Language writers are awesome!

Last week we were  researching mini beast facts and writing reports. The children wanted to share their mini beast facts with nursery children, so last Friday we went to read them our reports. The year 2 children loved reading their reports and the nursery children learnt lots of new facts! Great teaching year 2!
