SICKNESS

The best way to stop the spread of the vomiting outbreak is through good hygiene.

Ensure everyone in your family washes their hands regularly with soap and warm water, especially:

· Before eating or preparing food

· After visiting the toilet

· After cleaning up any vomit

If anyone vomits, make sure it is cleaned up immediately, using soap and hot water. On floors, worktops and other hard surfaces, disinfect afterwards using Milton or bleach.

If your child has vomiting or diarrhoea, they must not come to school. They must stay at home for 48 hours after the last time they have vomiting or diarrhoea. This is important to make sure that they do not pass the virus on to anyone else.
