CADBURY WORLD
On Tuesday 13th March Key Stage 1 visited Cadbury world as part of their ‘Food Glorious Food’ topic. They learnt all about how chocolate is made, went into the Aztec jungle and had a ride on a ‘Beanmobile’ in the Cadabra ride. They didn’t know where to look, there was so much to see. They got to write their names in melted chocolate and also to eat a pot of warm, melted chocolate. It was absolutely delicious! They played in the outdoor play area and then finished their fantastic day with a trip to the 4D cinema where their seats actually moved like they were on a rollercoaster. They had a fabulous trip! Oh and they were also given lots of scrumptious Cadbury chocolate too!

TWYCROSS ZOO

On Monday, Year 5 finally went on their trip to Twycross Zoo, as part of their topic looking at "Parrots and Palms". They had a brilliant time, despite the rain, and learned all about lots of animals. The giraffes were awesome!

Sports Relief

We will be fundraising all week for Sport Relief, which raises money for projects in the UK and abroad.

At lunchtimes there will be activities on the MUGA - Monday and Wednesday there will be a Penalty Shoot Out, then on Thursday and Friday it is Wicket for a Ticket.

Then on Friday, we will hold our Sport Relief Mile, where all children will be asked to get sponsored to run, hop, skip and move their way through a mile.

See Mr Malooq’s letter for more details about all these events.
