NON UNIFORM DAY - NIGHTWEAR

Children and staff had great fun wearing their nightwear to school to help to raise money for fun things for the children. Thank you to everyone who donated!

IMPORTANT - NUT FREE SCHOOL

We have several children and staff in school with severe nut allergies. To keep them safe, please check the labels of all food brought into school. If it contains nuts, or says “May contain nuts”, then it MUST NOT be brought into school. This includes packed lunches and sweets brought into school for birthdays.

ATTEND AND ACHIEVE

Well done to Class 1 who achieved 100% punctuality and 99.1% attendance last week. They were also all here on Monday and Friday so they are half way to earning the DVD surprise.

Also well done class 12 with the best attendance of the week at 99.3%.

Water Bottles and Packed Lunch Boxes

Please make sure that you take your child’s water bottle and packed lunch box home every night to wash it out.

Nursery Places

We are currently allocating Nursery places for September to children on our waiting list. If you have any children who will be 3 years old by 31st August, and who would like a place in our Nursery, please contact the office as soon as possible.

READING MEETING

Mrs Darling would like to say a big “thank you” to all the parents who came along to her reading meeting, and were so positive and interested. We hope that you all took away plenty of ideas to help your children to improve their reading and develop a love of it.
