Arboretum Primary School is a community primary school for children from 3-11 years, plus a unit for two year olds.
The school was opened in 1987 and after a major refurbishment project and two extensions, is divided into four main teaching areas with classrooms and smaller grouprooms: Foundation Stage, Years 1 & 2, Years 3 & 4, Years 5 & 6.
There is an administration block, library and two halls which are used for P.E., assemblies, clubs and dinners.
The school is set in extensive grounds with playing fields, playgrounds and a hard court sports area.
Ofsted judged Arboretum as a good school in September 2012 and July 2013 and we are a Model School for Read, Write, Inc. we have the Basic Skills Quality Mark for the fourth time and ArtsMark, plus the International Schools’ Award.
