WELCOME BACK!
We would like to welcome everyone back to school, and hope that you all had an enjoyable summer break. In particular we would like to give a big Arboretum welcome to all our new children, and to our new members of staff: Miss Willett, Miss Dolbinska, Mrs Asghar, Miss Chandarana and Mrs Diaw.
Parent Information Sessions
We would like all our parents to come into school and find out more about what their child will be learning and how to support them. We will be holding parent information sessions next week, and we hope you will come along:
Monday 11th - Year 3 & 4
Tuesday 12th - Year 5 & 6
Wednesday 13th - Year 1 & 2
Thursday 14th - Reception
All sessions will start at 2.45pm
ECO Greenhouse
We are going to have an eco greenhouse with the help and support of the Rotary Club and Mercury AVS. We also need your help as we require 1,300 2 litre plastic bottles. They need to be empty and rinsed with the labels removed.
Please pass any bottles on to your class teacher.
Thank you
Year 5 & 6 Enrichment Day
To introduce this term’s topic, Year 5 and 6 will be having an
Enrichment Day on Friday 15th September. Parents are invited to come into school to find out what they have been doing at 2:45pm - we hope lots of you will be able to come along.

We also picked the winning names from all the parents who have come into the school throughout the year. Tablet computers were presented to Umaymah, Riaan, Haris N and Hamza.
