We’re here to help

At Arboretum Primary School, we work closely with families to offer support as early as possible. If you have any worries or concerns, we are here to listen and help.

Asking for support is a positive step — no concern is too small.

How We Can Support You

✅ Emotional and wellbeing support for children
✅ Advice around behaviour, routines, and attendance
✅ Support during family changes or challenging times
✅ Help to access services and Early Help support
✅ Signposting to local support where appropriate

All support is offered in partnership with families.

What Is School Early Help?

Early Help means offering support as soon as difficulties arise, to prevent concerns from becoming more serious. It is:

• Voluntary
• Supportive
• Confidential

It does not mean families are in trouble.

Information shared with school is treated sensitively and confidentially.
We will always work openly with families and seek consent before involving other services, unless there is a safeguarding concern.
