Reading

Reading at home is so important. We ask that you read with your child at least 4 times a week and sign the reading diary. 

Write all of your reading in your reading diary: reading books, flash cards, library books, Reading Plus.

Your teacher will check and count it every week.

Every 20 reads – sticker in reading diary and note home.

You might also get extra rewards like dojo points, wrist bands and notes home!

TT Rockstars (Year 2) / Numbots (Y1)

Your child's teacher will give your child details for them to sign on to TT Rockstars or Numbots.

You can make learning times tables fun - on a car journey, walking to school or even family competitions at the dinner table! You'll be amazed at how quickly they improve
